Where do you ship to?
Currently, our shipping is limited to the UK only.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Our store only dispatches orders through Evri from Tuesday to Saturday, as we are closed on Sunday & Monday. The delivery times given are only an estimate and do not include weekends and holidays.
Once the parcel has been received by Evri the delivery time frame is out of our control. You will be asked to sign for your parcel, this may also include a picture taken at your address as proof of delivery or picture taken of the safe place in which your order has been delivered.
Bubbly Scentz are not responsible for any theft of parcels left in safe places. The tracking also offers coordinates in which the parcels has been delivered for easy tracking.
It is our customers responsibility to ensure they have entered the correct address when placing their order, Bubbly Scentz is not responsible for wrong addresses given by customers. If you do notice you have inputted the incorrect address please contact us immediately using our Contact Us Form.
Unfortunately if the item has already been shipped, the address will not be able to be changed.
How can I track my order?
Upon dispatch you will receive an email to confirm you order has been dispatched along with a tracking number in which you can use via the Evri website to track your order and reschedule your delivery if necessary.
How can I return an item?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Along with any free/promotional materials. For example, if you purchased a 3 for 2 offer, you will need to return all 3 items in order to receive your refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@bubblyscentz.com Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Bubbly Scentz, 12 Rosemullion Gardens, Callington, Cornwall, PL17 7QN. If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package will be sent to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note buyers are responsible for their returns postage. Bubbly Scentz are not responsible for any returns parcels that may go missing, we advise to send your items back to us using a Tracked service. You can always contact us for any return question atsupport@bubblyscentz.com
How long does it take to process my return?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@bubblyscentz.com
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
At Bubbly Scentz, we use carefully selected ingredients in our products, but we understand that all skin sensitivities are different.
While many of our customers with sensitive skin enjoy our products, we always recommend performing a patch test before full use.
Simply apply a small amount to a discreet area and wait 24 hours to ensure there’s no reaction. If you have any specific concerns about ingredients, feel free to reach out—we're happy to help!
